Autonomy Business Solutions, Inc. was founded in response to the ever growing need to improve the recruiting and staffing industry through more efficient, and strategic use of human resources.
Many of today’s organizations need specialized expertise in order to meet their hiring/rentention goals. The types of solutions used at multinational corporations, for instance, can’t simply be imposed on mission-driven organizations. Instead, every day we craft solutions to overcome your company’s hiring challenges.
In gathering our growing group of recruiting experts over the years, I specifically sought out those with deep cross-disciplinary experience in human resources and in the Aerospace and DoD community. Renee Heatherly has been at the helm as Autonomy’s President and CEO since its inception. As CEO, Ms. Heatherly manages the operational unit at Autonomy. She is responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership of Autonomy’s day-to-day operations and works directly with Autonomy’s executive staff to develop and execute short and long term corporate goals. She provides distinguished oversight of key contracts and directs all operations including business development and corporate governance. Her focus is simple: to continue to find innovative ways to better serve clients by improving processes, while identifying and recruiting the best talent in the industry. Having been in the United States Navy herself, Ms. Heatherly’s knowledge of government and military structure has been an invaluable tool in working with our government clients. Her unique experience coupled with her relentless pursuit of excellence has helped to create a winning culture within Autonomy and has led the company to national expansion and increased capacity.

Wendy Coquilla
COO, Managing Executive Recruiter, and Marketing Director
Wendy has been a partner with the firm since its inception. She is of Filipino descent (Pacific Islander), and a native of Silicon Valley in San Jose, CA, but currently resides in Huntsville, AL. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Design from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. Her prolific background in Broadcast Design and Corporate Branding has afforded her the unique ability to analyze and understand the goals and requirements of Autonomy's client companies in-depth. She prides herself in maintaining a meticulous work ethic, while managing in a firm-but-fair style. She is now responsible for providing the highest level of professional and executive-level candidates, while advancing the Autonomy Business Solutions' brand across numerous high tech industries and professional communities. She and her Recruiting Team perform creative full life-cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the hi-tech community at-large. She is also a wicked Setter for her volleyball team!
